We also offer international shipping, making the Zoya collection accessible to designers, decorators, and private clients worldwide.

Our white glove Rug Approval service also referred to as "Appro" allows Cape Town clients to review selected rugs within their space prior to final placement.

This careful process supports confident decision making and ensures visual harmony between the rug and interior environment. 

 

 

​Cleaning & Repairs 

​

To preserve the longevity of every piece, Zoya offers specialist rug cleaning and repair services. Each rug is handled with expert care and material sensitivity to maintain its texture, structure and appearance.  Please note this is not a on-site service.  Our Professional Cleaning Service is suitable for wool, bamboo silk, hand-tufted, and handwoven rugs. Our repair services are completed at our store by our inhouse repair team. Both services are only available in Cape Town only with a Collection & Delivery Service available.
