Founded in Cape Town nearly two decades ago, Zoya specialises in contemporary rug design and handcrafted floor coverings.

What began as a passion for beautifully made rugs has grown into a respected collection now placed in private homes, hospitality spaces, and design projects internationally.

Based in South Africa, the studio brings together deep knowledge of fibres, construction, and rug design. With a clear focus on quality and craftsmanship, every piece is developed to enhance a space.

 

Zoya shares its headquarters with the internationally respected Zollanvari name, reflecting a long heritage connected to the art and culture of fine rugs.

Our collections are created in close collaboration with master artisans in India and Nepal, using natural fibres and traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations.

Alongside curated collections, Zoya offers bespoke rugs designed in partnership with interior designers, architects, and private clients. From initial concept through to final installation, our experienced team guides each project with care and precision.
